| Comments: | I am the son of Howard (Dick) Ulmer Jr. KIA 10/3/66 along with Richard Rosbeck. I am very interested in talking to anyone who might have known and served with him. As we approach the 50th anniversary of his death I am also thinking about having some kind of gathering at The Wall in DC in his honor on Sunday 10/2/16.
