| Comments: | Outlaws in Branson had a great time seeing the people they were with at Vinhlong Vietnam. This was the year that a lot of enlisted men and some officers/pilots from the 70-72 years met. I connected with Melvin Simpson, thanks for keeping the favor for Joe Torre it was great connecting with you. Dick thanks for the drinks, oh yeah; OB and I were raking the sand trap not playing in it! There were other Outlaws I talked with that had some memory joggers too. This was time well spent! I hope to see more Outlaws next time we have a reunion.
I connected with Herold Feather a great guy and Maverick/ Outlaw door gunner. James Harris was there too; he was called Little John while he was with Outlaws a good guy to know. Robert O’Brian (OB) Robert Kelly and I thought that it was the best reunion yet, not taking away anything from the previous reunions, I think it was because we knew more Outlaws this time. The silent auction had some great Outlaw items that were sold. I really liked the Outlaws and Mavericks in the LZ portrait, Feathers got that one. It was a great job done by the guy that put the Outlaws’ silent auction together.
Dennis Hiemstra, Bill Coleman, Tom Kennedy, and Shiela Kendal it was good to see you again.
