| Comments: | Just looked at the "New and Improved" Vinh Long Outlaw website! What a magnificent piece of work! Full credit and many thanks have to go to Frank Estes who has put in literally hundreds of hours in remaking the site and bringing it into the 21st century. To fully appreciate all the updates, changes and modifications will take hours of peeking and poking, but it will provide the reader with a complete history of the Outlaw unit and the legacy it still enjoys among its former members. Thanks to all who worked so hard to bring this new site into being!
